Dire les choses telles qu\u2019elles sont \u2013 les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices comme les contraintes \u2013 demeure votre meilleur alli\u00e9. Et pour \u00eatre entendu, il faut \u00eatre compris : un discours simple, accessible, sans jargon inutile, d\u00e9montre du respect et \u00e9vite l\u2019impression que vous cherchez \u00e0 maquiller la r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un projet doit aussi avoir du sens. Quand sa l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 est \u00e9vidente \u2013 parce qu\u2019il est align\u00e9 sur vos valeurs et qu\u2019il r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un besoin r\u00e9el \u2013 il devient plus facile \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre. La rigueur vient ensuite renforcer cette l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 : analyses solides, donn\u00e9es claires, sc\u00e9narios \u00e9tudi\u00e9s\u2026 autant de preuves que la d\u00e9cision est r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie et qu\u2019elle repose sur un travail s\u00e9rieux.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans les situations d\u00e9licates, mieux vaut privil\u00e9gier des consultations cibl\u00e9es plut\u00f4t que de grandes assembl\u00e9es. Des rencontres en petits groupes ou m\u00eame des appels personnalis\u00e9s avec des acteurs cl\u00e9s cr\u00e9ent un climat d\u2019\u00e9coute plus sinc\u00e8re. Ces \u00e9changes permettent de faire \u00e9merger des ambassadeurs qui appuieront le projet\u2026 mais aussi d\u2019identifier rapidement les d\u00e9tracteurs pour anticiper leurs arguments. Ces conversations discr\u00e8tes, mais strat\u00e9giques, sont souvent beaucoup plus payantes que de tenter de convaincre une foule en une seule rencontre.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chercher l\u2019acceptabilit\u00e9 ne signifie pas obtenir l\u2019unanimit\u00e9. Tout projet important soul\u00e8ve des questions et parfois des r\u00e9sistances. Dans ces moments, une organisation doit faire preuve de fermet\u00e9 responsable : rester fid\u00e8le \u00e0 ses convictions et \u00e0 ses valeurs, tout en gardant les oreilles grandes ouvertes.
