The Acadian Peninsula RSC sought to deploy an engaging and modern visual campaign rooted in the local reality of the region. The goal was to transform the planning department's image into that of a trusted, accessible, and helpful partner.

This strategy is based on a deep understanding of local issues and aims to educate both citizens and elected officials about the service:

Clearly demonstrate the role and responsibilities of the local planning service to the public;
Inform the population regarding the reasons and processing times for building permits;
Raise awareness about the current laws and regulations that the service is mandated to enforce;
Promote a positive and accessible image of the service within the community.

Our approach focuses on designing an engaging and cohesive visual campaign, perfectly aligned with the reality of the Acadian Peninsula, to strengthen the branding of the RSCAP planning department:

Today, the CSRPA Planning Department is reaping the rewards of a strategic transformation: permit applications and public consultations now take place in a climate of mutual understanding. The modernized visual identity, combined with clearer information and accessible new communication tools, has positioned the service as a reliable, modern, and essential driver of the region’s growth.

A logo that embodies a modern vision of urban planning in the Acadian Peninsula. Through its assembly of geometric shapes, it represents architecture, spatial organization, and the harmonious development of the territory.
By bridging internal tools with the public information campaign, the CSRPA planning sector emerged from this process with improved results and positive press coverage.
