Our approach
Phase One
We supported the Alliance’s governance committee throughout the process of establishing the organization. Our mandate went beyond simply creating communication tools; in collaboration with Transfert Environnement et Société and the e3Novo team, we oversaw event planning, managed media relations, and assisted the team in organizing the November 2024 Energy Forum.
Phase Two
Building on this momentum, we continued our collaboration with the various partners and organized a series of engagement meetings with the residents of Northern New Brunswick. These meetings made it possible to clearly understand expectations and address concerns regarding the eventual arrival of renewable energy projects.
