Promote their annual event, ensure media visibility and update the brand image
The Acadian Peninsula Book Fair (Salon du livre de la Péninsule acadienne) is a unifying event that promotes reading and literacy as tools for individual and collective development. Through its activities, the Book Fair fosters a love of reading and showcases the world of books and literature, from creation to distribution, while promoting the French language.
The creation of the event’s official program allowed us not only to disseminate information but also to optimize visibility of the organization’s partners.
We also managed the organization’s social media before, during and after the annual event.
In 2020, a complete overhaul of the website was required, as that year’s edition would be entirely virtual. We therefore modified the site’s structure and graphic elements to make the new site accessible, attractive and more complete.
The use of a WordPress platform has since enabled their team to update the site with efficiency. The many positive comments from visitors confirm that the organization made the right choice with this redesign.
